The first race back after nearly two months off has now come and gone, and we are happy to report that it was a quiet evening and Joshua was able to continue to learn what it takes to make speed with this new car. In the Challenger division, Fireball was able to qualify sixth and followed that up with a solid sixth place finish as well.
After talking things over with the team, Fireball and the crew decided to make laps in the Late Model division as well. It was known that he wouldn't be super competitive, but it is very hard to turn down any laps on track when you are trying to get seat time. After starting seventh, Fireball was able to log laps and bring the car home in sixth which was very impressive!
